Bio

As the principal consultant of GDGMI, George Desousa brings over 20 years of experience in manufacturing and business development at a multi-national corporation. George is a skilled strategist, planner, trainer and process designer. George is a Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and a Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (LSSBB).
George has extensive corporate experience in business and operational process design (20+ years). His experience is global in nature having worked in all 6 populated continents. From developing and executing strategy to managing global high value projects to detailed operational training and management, George uses his experience to provide clients with tested and proven methodologies.
